Cuccio nail polishes do not contain toluene, formaldehyde or DBP.

It is suggested to apply the Cuccio varnish base first, 2 layers of color & a Cuccio Top Coat, allowing 1 minute to dry between each layer. The color may differ depending on the resolution of your screen.
