You will be charged a fee for a third retake of an online exam; N.B: For health and safety reasons, once the student is in possession of the kit, it is non-refundable; You will be charged a fee if a payment is returned by your bank; NOTE: all late, unauthorized payments will incur interest of 2% per month and/or 24% per year; If the Consumer terminates this Agreement before the Merchant has begun to perform its obligation, the Consumer may terminate this Agreement at any time by sending writen notice to that effect to the Merchant. The contract is terminated upon receipt of writen notice by the merchant. Lessons will be billed until writen notice is received. Training courses sold in combination with other training courses (combos) cannot be refunded; Practical training may be postponed at the discretion of the school; Postponement by the student of his practical training results in a fee of 0; Once access to online courses is given to the consumer, this portion of the course (50%) is non-refundable. For any course less than 00, the consumer will not be reimbursed if they cancel the contract one week or less before the course, or if they do not show up. Within 45 working days atier termination of the contract, the trader or consumer will return the money owed; Note: the cancellation of part of the course by the student, the discount from the initial contract is canceled; The consumer will benefit from consulting articles 190 to 196 of the consumer protection law (L.R.Q.-c.p.-40-1) and, if necessary, to contact the office de protection des consommateurs.
